The role:
As a College Administrator – People Management, you will play a key role in supporting business and strategic planning. You’ll work directly with the College Executive on managing significant areas of work including being responsible for coordinating staff recruitment, promotion panels and supporting the Executive Dean with large projects.
You’ll collaborate closely with the College Director of Operations, the College Operations Manager and colleagues across the Operations team, becoming a trusted and valued point of contact.
