Off Campus Division | University of Greater Manchester
The University of Greater Manchester is committed to delivering high-quality, well-governed higher education across a growing network of academic partners. Our Off Campus Division supports provision delivered both in the UK and internationally within a regulated and data-sensitive environment.
As our partnership portfolio expands, the accuracy, integrity and security of student data are more important than ever. We are seeking a Registry Operations Coordinator to support the effective management of student records and admissions processes across partner-delivered provision.
Your Role
Your core focus will be the accurate creation, maintenance and monitoring of student records. You will work closely with partners and internal colleagues to ensure that admissions decisions, enrolments and record amendments are completed in line with University Academic Regulations and partnership agreements.
You will help ensure that data entered onto the University’s student record system (SITS) is complete, consistent and fully auditable. This includes course set-up (CBOs), student status changes, transfers, withdrawals and other amendments.
You will also support the monitoring of partner-led admissions activity, identifying inconsistencies or potential compliance risks and escalating concerns appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You will have experience working in student records, admissions or registry operations within a UK School, College or University environment. You will be confident working with complex systems and managing detailed data with accuracy and care.
You will be methodical, organised and comfortable interpreting regulations and applying them consistently. You will understand the importance of audit trails, data protection and compliance in a regulated environment.
Most importantly, you will take pride in ensuring that student records are accurate, secure and professionally managed, supporting both operational excellence and institutional assurance.
For an informal discussion about the role, please contact Carlos Verdugo Maturana (Registry Operations Manager) on C.VerdugoMaturana@greatermanchester.ac.uk
