Flexi - Weekday / Weekend Academic Lead and Manager

- THE ROLE -

The UWTSD Cardiff campus is one of the three Institute of Management and Health campuses in Wales.

Current provision of CertHE Business Skills and Integrated Health and Social Care will extend into flexi weekday/flexi- weekday/weekend delivery at the Cardiff Campus. These programmes reside within Swansea Business School and the School of Health and Social Care respectively, with a view to deliver a pathway to a full degree award. These programmes have multiple intakes per annum, delivers continuous learning, teaching and recruitment cycles and operates in an intensely competitive inner-city and multicultural HE environment.

This post will compliment the programme manager role for weekday delivery at both Cardiff and Swansea campuses and the postholders will work together and with relevant colleagues across the Institute to ensure consistency and parity of student experience at all Welsh locations. The flexi weekday/weekend Academic Lead Manager will be key members of the Swansea Business School and the School of Health and Social Care.
