Job description:
The School of Economics invites applications for a Lecturer position. We are looking for high quality candidates to undertake teaching and research to join our dynamic and collegiate School and are particularly keen to attract applications from academics with a specialism in Macroeconomics, Finance or Applied Econometrics.
You should be keen to play an active role in maintaining and enhancing the School’s national and international reputation for research, teaching excellence and innovation. The appointee will have a strong commitment to both research and teaching.
You will be qualified to PhD level and have teaching experience. All staff are expected to make a contribution to the School’s research-led teaching curriculum at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
You will have a growing or established research profile and demonstrate the ability to design a programme of research that will produce high quality outputs and have real impact in academia and beyond.
