The University of Central Lancashire London, a partner of the University of Lancashire, is an ambitious, teaching-focussed HE provider, primarily aimed at a widening participation audience. Based in London’s East India Docks, the university currently delivers courses related to Business, Computing, Health and Social Care, Public Health, Psychology and Mental Health and Wellbeing.

The successful applicant will be employed to lecture on a range of relevant modules, with possible module leading and curriculum development opportunities available, in areas specific to expertise.

You should be qualified to a minimum of master's degree level in a relevant discipline, with experience of teaching at undergraduate level in Higher Education and knowledge of contemporary issues relating to the specialism. A strong grounding in industry will be an advantage, along with experience in teaching and supporting students from diverse backgrounds. You should have demonstrable organisational and personal management skills, with evidence of your ability to balance competing pressures. You should have effective interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective team working and teaching.
You must have an existing right to live and work in the United Kingdom without restriction or caveat. All academic staff are required to teach face-to-face on campus.
