The Timetables Office is seeking to appoint a Timetables Officer. The successful candidate will be working with colleagues from across the School to support the effective delivery of the School’s teaching timetable. This is an opportunity to contribute to a service that is central to both the operation of the School and the experience of students.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines during peak periods. You must have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and confidence working with data. You are expected to maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy and have a commitment to a process of reflection and continual improvement of processes and services.
You must be an effective communicator and have demonstrable problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to providing a high standard of service to all stakeholders. The role requires a minimum of two days a week on campus.
