We are now looking for a Programme Administrator (Attendance & Engagement) to join our Academic Affairs team. Working under the guidance of the Programme Administration Manager, you will maintain and update attendance records, produce routine reports, contact students in line with agreed procedures, and support assessment boards and student record processes. You will also respond to routine enquiries and assist with student lifecycle administration.
You will have experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, strong attention to detail, and confidence using IT systems and databases. Experience in a Higher or Further Education setting is desirable.
This is a process-driven administrative role suited to someone looking to develop their career in Higher Education.
We offer 35 days’ holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
