Academic Quality Assurance and Enhancement Administrator

Location: Metanoia Institute, 13 North Common Road, W5 2QB (Hybrid)

Team: Governance & Compliance Team

Hours per week: 17.5 hours per week (part-time)

Working pattern: You’ll agree working days with the Head of the team.

About this role

You’ll be key to providing a high-quality administrative and procedural support service for the Institute’s quality assurance and enhancement processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, effective committee servicing, and timely coordination of regulatory and professional bodies documentation. 

This role underpins institutional resilience by maintaining continuity of quality operations.
