University College Birmingham’s FE College has grown significantly in recent years, and we are strengthening our leadership structure to ensure our curriculum continues to deliver outstanding outcomes for learners and employers.
We are seeking an experienced curriculum leader to join us as Assistant Principal – Service Sectors.
About the Role
Reporting to the FE Deputy Principal, the Assistant Principal will provide strategic and operational leadership across UCB’s Service Sector curriculum areas while also holding cross-college responsibility for the strategic development and performance of the Adult Skills offer.
This role will lead Heads of Department and work closely with quality and student experience teams to ensure strong teaching, clear progression pathways and inclusive learner support.
