The Oxford Department of International Development (ODID) is seeking to recruit a Facilitator for the Oxfordshire Community Hub initiative, a project of the Refugee-Led Research Hub (RLRH). The postholder will be responsible for programme design, delivery, documentation, and cross-programmatic coordination of RLRH’s locally based learning and research hub.
It is expected that the postholder will work from RLRH’s offices at the University of Oxford for a minimum of four days each week alongside RLRH and RSC colleagues.
The position is offered full-time and fixed-term until December 2026.
The successful candidate will hold a master’s degree or equivalent in international development, refugee/migration studies, communications, or a relevant field in Social Sciences or Humanities. They will also have experience in project coordination and management, with excellent organisational skills and timeline management. Familiarity with displacement-related topics and prior experience working with displaced people are essential for this role.
