Are you passionate about supporting students through some of the most challenging experiences of their lives? We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Sexual Violence and Domestic Abuse Caseworker to join our Student Wellbeing Services team, providing specialist support to student victim-survivors of sexual violence, sexual harassment & domestic abuse.
About the Role
You will manage a specialist caseload of students affected by sexual violence, relationship abuse, and sexual harassment. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for disclosures, carrying out risk assessments, advising on safety, wellbeing, and academic progress, and coordinating referrals to appropriate internal and external support services. You will provide expert guidance on university policies and procedures, maintain accurate and confidential case records, and contribute to training, awareness-raising initiatives, and collaborative projects. The role also involves engaging in professional networks, supervision, and continuous development to ensure best practice and compliance with current legislation and sector guidance.

Additional Information
The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay.
Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
There may be occasions where you are expected to work outside of your normal hours for the purpose of attending conferences, public events, etc.
