The Off Campus Division of the University of Greater Manchester manages the partnership work of our growing University. As the University continues to expand its portfolio and student base, the Division ensures that students studying UGM qualifications at our UK and international partner institutions receive a high-quality, consistent and rigorous academic experience.
We are seeking a Lecturer to lead delivery on our undergraduate and postgraduate research provision across several international partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse student body and contribute directly to academic quality, student success and the integrity of our awards.
You will be confident in teaching, programme leadership, supervising research projects and guiding students through their academic journey. You will be organised, responsive and able to manage a portfolio of students, ensuring engagement, progress and timely completion. You will also have strong subject knowledge in business and management and be comfortable working within established academic frameworks, policies and quality assurance expectations.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work professionally with colleagues, students and external partners. You will be digitally capable, able to use systems to monitor student progress and maintain accurate records, and committed to upholding academic integrity and ethical standards at all times.
Our Off Campus Division operates in a dynamic and evolving environment. Flexibility, initiative and a collaborative approach are essential. In return, you will gain valuable experience of partnership working, contribute to the development of teaching and research practice, and be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.
If you are interested in supporting student research and contributing to high-quality academic delivery, we would welcome your application.
