For over 35 years, ICMP has been at the forefront of contemporary music education, offering personalised, industry-focused training to help students thrive in the competitive music industry. ICMP delivers innovative undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including specialisations in Electronic Music Production, Live Event Management, and Music Marketing. 

The Opportunity

SAE UK is seeking a motivated and experienced Programme Leader to lead our Content Creation and Marketing programme across our five UK campuses. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of creative education by overseeing a diverse programme that includes innovative content creation, digital brand management and emerging content platforms.

As Programme Leader, you will provide strategic and academic leadership, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and student experience. You will work closely with academic teams to drive innovation and excellence across curriculum development, programme delivery, and student engagement.

About You

You are a passionate and proven academic leader with a strong background in content creation and marketing related discipline. You bring:

  • Substantial experience in undergraduate teaching and academic leadership
  • A track record of leading teams, enhancing the student experience, and managing academic programmes
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, with awareness of inclusive pedagogies and current debates such as decolonising the curriculum
  • The ability to motivate and support staff, foster collaboration, and align academic vision with strategic objectives
  • Ideally, an active research profile or industry practice that enriches your academic work and connects to the evolving landscape of film and media
