Senior Organisational Learning and Development Consultant (AI Skills)

Salary from £53,949 to £62,160 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £69,073 pa inclusive of London allowance

This is a fixed term appointment for two years.

The London School of Economics is a cosmopolitan university situated in the vibrant centre of London that specialises in the study of social sciences.

You will define what AI capability looks like across different roles and staff personas, then design, develop and deliver practical, high-impact learning pathways, championing engagement at every stage to ensure learning reaches and resonates with staff across the university. Primarily focused on AI, this role also contributes to the wider organisational learning and development portfolio, embedding AI capability as a core organisational skill.

Candidates should have:

• Experience in instructional design, digital content creation, and learning programme delivery
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
• Proven ability to conduct needs assessments and translate insights into actionable learning strategies
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
