The University of Aberdeen is seeking to appoint two experienced and motivated HR Transformation Partners to deliver people-related transformation activities across the University. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving environment, supporting significant organisational change.
Duties will include leading and supporting the implementation of people-related transformation activities arising from the University’s Transformation Programme (ACS), as well as contributing to work associated with the new Employment Rights Act.
The main focus of the role is to provide expert HR support to ensure that transformation activities are well planned, evidence-based, legally compliant, and aligned to a positive employee experience.
Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will have significant experience in an HR Business Partner role, with a strong track record in leading and implementing change initiatives. Candidates should have a sound understanding of employment legislation and experience working in a complex, unionised environment.
The postholders will work closely with senior leaders, HR colleagues, and Trade Unions, building strong relationships and acting as trusted advisors throughout periods of change.
Any appointment will be made subject to satisfactory references and a probationary period.
This role is based in the UK and the successful candidate will be required to live and work in the UK.
