Non-Consultant Senior Lecturer Post 2009 scale or Consultant scale for existing NHS Consultants (via a secondment arrangement)
An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Associate Professor to join Norwich Medical School on our MB BS Medicine programme as Head of Year. The role is responsible for year 3 and will lead a team including Module Leads, Primary Care Tutors and Assessment colleagues on curricular development aligning to GMC MLA and Outcome for Graduates.
The role will ensure written and clinical assessment is appropriate for the year, Chair the Exam Board, and be Professionalism and Student Engagement Lead for the year.
This post is for a clinical practitioner who is GMC registered.
This part-time (0.2 FTE) post is available from 1 August 2026 on a fixed term basis for 5 years with the possibility of extension for a further 3 years by agreement.
