We are seeking experienced and driven Senior Campaign Managers to lead the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a portfolio of programmes.

This is a pivotal role focused on lead generation, business development and recruitment, working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales and programme teams. You will be responsible for developing innovative campaign strategies, optimising digital performance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality leads that contribute directly to business success.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver overarching marketing strategies and targets across the programme portfolio.
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and global insights to inform strategy.
  • Set, track and report on campaign KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Build strong relationships across teams, faculties and external stakeholders.
The two posts by portfolio:
  1. Global Leadership Centre, 30th Anniversary and Thematic Marketing Campaigns.
  2. Youth Education, Executive Coaching and Conferencing.

You will have proven experience in developing, delivering and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, alongside strong budget management and planning skills. You will be an experienced team manager with a track record of producing effective communications for diverse audiences, including direct and database marketing, and a solid understanding of social media platforms.
