Saïd Business School is a vibrant and innovative business school, embedded within the world-renowned University of Oxford. We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Senior Admissions Advisor to join our Academic Programmes team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding admissions experience.
As a Senior Admissions Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering admissions, recruitment and yield activities across a portfolio of programmes. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will apply your expertise to manage admissions processes, support applicants and ensure a high-quality, efficient and compliant service.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day admissions processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with University policies and GDPR
- Coordinate interview processes and support academic selection decisions
- Manage post-offer processes, including offer documentation and confirmation tracking
- Represent the School at recruitment events, webinars and open days
- Monitor budgets and resources for assigned activities
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, alongside the ability to clearly interpret and convey complex information. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you will be able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive data.
