Student Counsellor

This position is full time,  (Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm) (37.5hrs), we may consider part-time application for the role.

Location: East India Docks, London (East India DLR)/ Hybrid

Post start date: 1^st June 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter

We are seeking a student counsellor who will be working alongside a team of counsellors and wellbeing advisers to ensure a high-quality student experience. You will have the opportunity to use your professional skills and experience in a flexible way to best support our students, working alongside the Wellbeing and Inclusion team. The post holder will be providing one-to-one time-limited sessions to our students and will support the Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager and Wellbeing Advisors deal with complex, crisis cases.

With a degree and relevant professional qualification in counselling/psychotherapy, BACP/UKCP membership and substantial experience as a practitioner, you will have experience in a similar role in further/higher education.
