About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on operational leader to oversee the day-to-day delivery of residential services across our student accommodation. You’ll manage multiple teams who provide cleaning, portering, housekeeping and other support services, ensuring residences are safe, consistent and delivered to high standards.
With a strong focus on people leadership, you’ll recruit, train, motivate and coordinate staff to keep our residences running smoothly. As the key operational lead for your campus area, you’ll take ownership of service delivery so the Head of Residential Operations can focus on strategic direction.
