PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As the Attendance and Intervention Lead, you will play a key role in student engagement and retention initiatives. You will be responsible for leading a team that makes sure attendance data is accurate and retention strategies are successfully executed.
You will collaborate closely with academic and professional service teams to leverage data-driven insights, inform targeted interventions and drive continuous improvement across retention efforts. A key focus of this role is leadership and management of the attendance team to ensure high performance, accountability, and service excellence standards.
