About the Role

London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is seeking an experienced and student-focused Hourly Paid Lecturer in Business Management to join our dynamic academic team at our central London campuses in Aldgate and Tower Hill.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator and industry professional to deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Business Management modules, inspiring a diverse and ambitious student body to achieve academic and professional success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, industry-relevant teaching across Business Management modules
  • Prepare lesson materials, schemes of work, and assessments in line with programme specifications
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student development
  • Monitor student progress and contribute to retention and achievement strategies
  • Participate in assessment, moderation, and quality assurance processes
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment

About You

You will combine strong academic credentials with practical industry insight, bringing business concepts to life in the classroom.

Essential:

  • Master’s degree in Business Management or a closely related discipline
  • Previous lecturing or higher education teaching experience
  • Strong understanding of contemporary business theory and practice
  • Experience delivering and assessing at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • Fellowship of Advance HE (or willingness to work towards)
  • Industry experience in areas such as strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship, HR, or operations
  • Experience working with international students
