An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Projects Officer (Scholarships and Partners) to join the UEA Global Team. 

Key duties of the role include the continuous development of UEA's scholarship provision, managing the application and awarding processes and supporting the development and implementation of new scholarship initiatives aligned with institutional priorities. You will identify opportunities to improve processes and applicant experience, maintaining engaging and accessible content across web, print and digital platforms. You will maintain secure records and produce high quality reports on scholarships to relevant working groups and committees, where you will proactively make recommendations.

You will liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders including organisations sponsoring students to study at UEA acting in a Business Partnering capacity, providing information and advice they require. Within UEA, you will work collaboratively with academic schools, marketing, recruitment, development teams and UEA's pathway provider to promote scholarships to target audiences. Where required, you will facilitate meetings and visits with external funding agencies and students.

As part of the Projects and Operations team, you will also assist with other projects including those relating to agent management and the Agent Quality Framework. Occasional domestic and possibly international business travel may be required.

The successful candidate will have experience in administrative roles preferably within Higher Education or Student Services. You will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail with an understanding of data flows and system integrations. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience of stakeholder management working with people from a variety of different backgrounds, and levels of hierarchy. 

This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis.
