We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the post of Executive Education Operational Lead.
As the Institute of Education develops Executive Education provision for middle and senior leaders with a specific focus on higher education and education-related domains such as EdTech Start-ups, Education NGOs, Social Enterprises etc, it seeks an individual with the requisite entrepreneurial drive and expertise to set up the necessary operational infrastructure to support and deliver new programmes comprising of in-person, hybrid and online modules.
Supporting the Executive Education Academic Lead for the IOE’s Executive Education provision, you will look to develop new programmes with clients and work with relevant stakeholders to help design attractive offerings that are competitive and technically integrated to meet learning outcomes delivering excellent participant satisfaction.
With experience of working with both clients and educational experts to design and develop competitive product offerings you will have an understanding of the opportunities available to HEIs from new modes of delivery, in particular in-person/hybrid/online short courses and executive programmes. In addition, you will have significant experience of designing and implementing operational infrastructure to support delivery of Executive Education or related programmes.
