We invite applications from highly qualified individuals to lead on capital works, project delivery, and Health & Safety during a significant period of development. Working closely with the Manager of Facilities and Estates, and supported by the Estates/Projects Coordinator, the postholder will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational delivery across the College’s capital projects and statutory compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate must be qualified in building surveying, construction management or similar and hold experience managing simultaneous multiple major projects across a site. Knowledge and experience of historic and listed buildings is essential. You will have a professional, detail-oriented approach to work, be an excellent problem-solver and be able to motivate and support team development. The role is aimed at individuals with an in-depth understanding of building pathology, construction practices, building regulations, industry standards and compliance.
