About the role
The Student Recruitment team is responsible for the delivery of informative, well-considered communications that connect prospective students with the right pointblank academic offering. As a Course Advisor you are the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, handling communications across email, phone, WhatsApp messaging, Open Days, HE fairs, and in-school and college talks.
Using the School's wealth of course information, and keeping with the school’s tone-of-voice, you will speak fluently about pointblank's HE and short/specialist courses, guiding prospective students through the application process and helping them make the best decisions for their future.
About You
We are seeking a motivated Course Advisor with a genuine passion for music and a solid understanding of the industry to join our Student Recruitment team.
Whether you are an experienced professional or taking your first steps in education and music, we want to hear from you. With an in-depth knowledge of music production, music genres and the industry, this role will play an important part in the overall growth of the School.
You will possess strong communication skills, have a persuasive but friendly manner and be comfortable speaking in public and delivering speeches and presentations to large audiences. You will be someone who connects well with people and takes real pride in supporting students through an important decision.
