EPU Compliance Manager x2

The University of Wolverhampton is recruiting two Compliance Managers within the Educational Partnerships Unit (EPU).

The Compliance Managers will ensure that all partner institutions comply with relevant educational, regulatory, and commercial requirements. Working closely with internal support teams, including Legal Services, the postholders will oversee compliance arrangements for new and existing partnerships, ensuring appropriate due diligence, institutional approval, and risk management processes are in place.

Key responsibilities include setting and maintaining operational standards for partnership compliance, overseeing partnership risk registers and mitigations, and developing robust processes to ensure records are maintained in line with records management policies and are fully audit ready. The role also requires effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data, metrics, and reporting are available and service standards are met.

High levels of customer service excellence, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are essential.

Based in Wolverhampton, the Compliance Managers will work across multiple campus locations and may be required to travel to UK and international partner institutions.

The Educational Partnerships Unit provides end-to-end oversight of the University’s collaborative provision, including UK partnerships and transnational education arrangements. The EPU ensures partnership activity aligns with institutional strategy, governance frameworks, contractual obligations, and regulatory expectations, supporting the University’s responsibility for the quality and standards of its awards.
