Job Description
The Program Coordinator at the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP) will play an essential role in supporting and coordinating the execution of ISGAP’s programming initiatives. This role involves detailed planning, organization, and management of logistics for events, conferences, seminars, and workshops. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Programming and Operations to ensure the seamless execution of all ISGAP activities and will contribute to the continuous enhancement of ISGAP’s programs.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and collaborate across various teams to achieve ISGAP’s mission.
About ISGAP:
The Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP), established in 2003, is the preeminent international research center for the study of critical contemporary antisemitism. The mission of ISGAP is to develop and legitimize critical contemporary antisemitism studies within the academia, so as to develop curriculum, education, public discourse, and policy in regard to the study of contemporary antisemitism.
Historically, antisemitism has often found fertile ground within academia, where it is currently growing exponentially. Since higher education is the most important institution in society and shapes public discourse and policy, ISGAP, though high caliber research, maps and decodes processes of contemporary global antisemitism, including the demonization of Jewish peoplehood and Israel.
