About the role:
Are you an experienced Brand Marketing Manager with a passion for shaping compelling brand experiences and delivering high-impact marketing initiatives?
Imperial Business School is seeking a talented professional to play a key role in enhancing the School’s profile, supporting institutional growth through expert brand management and marketing delivery. In this exciting role, you will help implement and evolve the School’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency, creativity and excellence across every touchpoint.
What you would be doing:
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to deliver brand development projects across the Business School ecosystem.
You will:
- Manage and support brand development and visual identity projects across the School
- Act as the first point of contact for brand and visual identity queries
- Manage and evolve the School’s visual identity toolkit, including templates and brand guidelines
- Ensure public-facing spaces and materials reflect the School’s visual identity and messaging
- Oversee the image library, commission photography, and train colleagues on best practice
- Manage branded merchandise, supplier relationships, and quality assurance
- Deliver brand induction and training for colleagues across departments
- Manage internal design and marketing projects from brief to delivery
- Track budgets, manage supplier payments, and report on spend
- Support cross-functional stakeholders including Careers, Alumni, Student Life, and Programmes teams
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who combines strong brand expertise with excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
You will ideally bring:
- Proven experience in brand management and integrated marketing campaign delivery
- Experience developing a range of print and digital marketing materials
- Strong understanding of visual identity systems and brand guidelines
- Excellent writing and communication skills for diverse audiences
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing external agencies and third-party suppliers
- The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach
- A degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
