The ‘Antibiotics for Global Health’ research group has a longstanding track record of research excellence in the discovery, development and deployment of antibiotics to improve global health. The Wellcome Trust, Medical Research Council and Global Antibiotic Research and Development Partnership (GARDP) have recently made significant investments in our programmes including new approaches to optimise antifungal combinations to research programmes to address the global threat of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). We are looking for a research technician who can play a leading role in our experimental pharmacology programs that are focussed on laboratory animal medicine, hollow fibre infection models, molecular biology and bioanalysis. You should be educated to BTEC Higher level (or equivalent).
