An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join us on a 1-year fixed term contract working on the University’s Halo CRM programme.
About the Role
The role of the Senior Project Manager is to ensure the successful delivery of the data workstream forming part of the University’s Halo CRM programme. This is an exciting and fast-paced programme implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Halo platform will support the entire student/alumni lifecycle. It will help strengthen connections and personalise relationships across the University, enabling collaboration, simplifying ways of working, eliminating silos and removing digital barriers.
Halo will be used not only by central functions but also within departments and colleges, creating a true Single Version of the Truth and a 360-degree view of our communities - students, visitors, alumni, research collaborations and elements of the professional staff lifecycle.
The postholder will lead the data workstream which will include data migration, data cleansing, data mapping, and data validation activities. They will define and manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ensure delivery is aligned to quality standards.
The postholder will report to the Halo programme manager and work closely with other programme roles including University stakeholders, delivery managers for other Halo workstreams, University technical teams and implementation partners.
The postholder will be required to work on-site in central Oxford for a minimum of 2 days per week.
