The Role
The role will suit a motivated individual and will provide executive assistant support to the Director of Development in the planning and delivery of the College’s philanthropic and alumni engagement activity. Operational seniority and experience are required to assure the operational efficiency of the team.
What will you be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the work of the Development Director.
- Organising Fundraising meetings, sending meeting requests and dealing with the associated correspondence.
- Ensuring that the RE NXT database is maintained efficiently.
- Liaising with College staff, committees and the Fellowship including minute taking for committees where the Development Director is Chair.
- Managing the arrangements for all major donor meetings.
- Project management for national and international travel
- Assist with HR support and DARO recruitment.
- Assisting with Stewardship for donor facilitated major awards, bursaries and prizes.
- Planning and executing timely communications with donors.
- Office management - dealing with office correspondence, office organisation, and carrying out general office duties.
- Maintaining and updating the records, files and office spreadsheets in line with department, College and GDPR needs and requirements.
- Collaborating with the Master’s Executive Assistant and Bursar’s Executive Assistant together with other University and College Offices regarding development matters.
- Providing administrative and logistical support to the Alumni Relations and Events Manager for a range of Development Office and College events.

- Previous executive assistant experience working in a professional environment.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines under pressure.

- Strong data preparation and information presentation skills.
