We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Clinical Practice Research Datalink function in the Safety and Surveillance group.
Within a week of working here, your day could look like this: responsible for providing support for several CPRD business activities. Responsibilities include managing the enquiries helpdesk, liaising with external clients, compiling reports, supporting Human Resources (HR) and staff recruitment, managing data release and retention schedules, secretariat support for meetings and a wide variety of administrative duties including support for the CPRD Directorate.
The post is based within the Business Management (BM) Team and reports to the Senior Operations Manager. We are seeking a proactive individual with experience of business administration and is an excellent communicator, highly organised, has excellent attention to detail with good written, numeracy and verbal communication skills.
The successful candidate will be educated to A Level including English and Maths or relevant professional experience.
