About the Role
As Lecturer in Human Resource Management, you will be supported by an experienced team to teach and supervise a range of undergraduates, postgraduates and executive clients. With a focus upon Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership or Change Management, you will play a central role in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that motivates, challenges and inspires students.
A strong focus will be placed on embedding employability within the curriculum, ensuring that teaching reflects current industry practice and equips students with the knowledge, skills and confidence required for success in the workplace.

About You
We are seeking an engaging and collaborative individual with experience or knowledge of the higher education environment, and the ability to deliver inclusive, high-quality teaching using a range of approaches to support students.
Candidates should hold a good honours degree in a relevant subject area, alongside CIPD accreditation, and Fellowship of Advance HE (or a willingness to achieve FHEA status).
Experience of working within a HR Management training environment would also be advantageous, as well as a PhD qualification and/or Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (or equivalent).
