Join the WaterBear team and help shape the future of music education
WaterBear is a leading college of music with campuses in Brighton and Sheffield, alongside a thriving global online community. Known for innovation, creativity, and industry collaboration, we offer a fresh, flexible approach to higher education in music.
As we continue to grow—expanding towards 2,000+ students across multiple locations—this is an exciting time to join our dynamic education team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding student experience.
About the role
We are looking for two highly organised and enthusiastic Programme Officers (BA) to support the delivery of our undergraduate programmes in Brighton and for our online courses:
1 Programme Officer (BA) – Brighton
1 Programme Officer (BA) – Online (remote working)
Working closely with Heads of Year and the wider education team, you will be a key point of contact for students—helping them succeed academically while ensuring the programme runs smoothly and effectively.
This is a varied role combining administration, teaching, student support, and content coordination.
