About the role:
Do you have excellent administrative insight and a passion for inclusive student support, and are you looking to develop a rewarding career as an Accessibility and Insight Coordinator?
This role sits at the heart of the Department, leading on disability support, accessibility and data-driven improvement to ensure that every student and GTA can thrive. Working closely with academic and professional services colleagues, you will shape inclusive practices and deliver meaningful impact across the UG and PG student experience.
What you would be doing:
As Accessibility and Insight Coordinator you will be a central point of contact across both South Kensington and Silwood Park campuses. You will proactively put reasonable adjustments in place, working closely with DAS, academic colleagues and professional services to ensure students and Graduate Teaching Assistants receive timely, appropriate and inclusive support.
You will lead on accessibility and inclusion within the department, ensuring teaching spaces, learning resources, admissions, induction and assessments are fully accessible. This includes taking ownership of exam arrangements for students with reasonable adjustments, advising staff on implementation, embedding inclusive practices into departmental processes.
Alongside this you will manage sensitive data, maintaining accurate records and developing reports, dashboards and insights to inform decision-making and improvement. You will continuously review and improve systems and processes, support the digitisation of student support activity, and contribute to both departmental and Imperial-wide strategy to enhance the student experience.
