The role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded International Business Development Coordinator to support international recruitment, partnerships and agent management for SAPP at UAL.
You will deliver recruitment activity in key markets, using data and market insight to meet student recruitment targets. You will manage international agents, leading their selection, training and performance, ensuring strong performance and compliance with the Agent Quality Framework, while building effective partnerships with institutions and stakeholders.
Working collaboratively across UAL, you will contribute to fairs, webinars and partner engagement, monitor recruitment performance, and share market insights to inform strategy.
The role includes international travel for several weeks per year.
