We need someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the team, developing and supporting our Student Information System (RISIS), which uses Tribal’s SITS software. Applicants should have demonstrable skills in the systems development of RISIS via SITS client server and proven expertise in managing processes and maintaining data integrity across various areas of the system. 

You will be providing support to student and staff users of RISIS, playing an active part in developing e:vision web content for users, leading on a discrete area of RISIS functionality, and assisting in maintaining the integrity of the data on the system. The post is permanent and is available from the beginning of June 2026.

You will be working with the other members of the Student Information Systems team to maintain operational efficiency and to deliver high-quality and sustainable enhancements to the system.

You will have:

  • Expertise in maintaining and developing the SITS software (or other student records system) for users, including demonstrable skills
  • Aptitude for dealing effectively with large and complex databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise own workload with minimum supervision
  • Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent written communication skills
