The opportunity
You will play a vital role the design, delivery and ongoing development of the University of Liverpool’s new MPharm programme, launching in September 2026. As part of a growing and ambitious School, you will contribute to a future-facing, integrated curriculum aligned to GPhC standards, with a strong emphasis on clinical practice, prescribing readiness, experiential learning, and simulation-based education.
You will take on programme-level leadership responsibilities, shaping key areas of the curriculum while delivering high-quality teaching and assessment. You will also contribute to educational innovation and scholarship, helping to establish Liverpool as a leader in modern pharmacy education.
About you
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative educator with a relevant background in pharmacy practice and a commitment to high-quality teaching and student support. You will be motivated to contribute to a new programme and work as part of a supportive, forward-thinking academic team.
You will have:
Desirable experience includes curriculum development, engagement with GPhC accreditation processes, and expertise in areas such as prescribing, simulation, or experiential learning.
