This is a flexible role bridging the Assessment and Casework teams. It will allow an ambitious administrative officer experienced in working with complex records systems to develop competencies in the administration of casework policy and record keeping.
We are looking for a candidate who is a fast learner with strong customer service skills. Experience in administering records systems is essential, ideally in an educational environment. SITS users will have a distinct advantage.
The candidate will be student-facing, have good attention to detail within established policy frameworks, and be able to demonstrate strong teamworking skills. Tact and diplomacy will be required when dealing with sensitive situations.
A successful candidate will be required to be on campus for no fewer than 3 days per week after an initial orientation period.
