We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join are team as a Clinical Facilitator- Student Support. This role is based in Inverness.

You will play a key role in supporting University of Aberdeen medical students by delivering high‑quality clinical and procedural skills teaching and providing pastoral and professional support across clinical and simulated learning environments. Working closely with NHS Highland and University colleagues, you will help ensure an excellent, safe and engaging learning experience for students.

You will be a registered healthcare professional with recent clinical experience and a strong interest in education and student support. You will have well‑developed communication skills, confidence teaching clinical and procedural skills, and the ability to support students from diverse backgrounds. Experience of simulation‑based education, assessment, or undergraduate medical teaching is desirable, as is the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.

This is an exciting development opportunity for clinicians with a passion for education who wish to contribute to undergraduate medical training in the Highlands.
