About the role
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Campus Experience Team Leader to lead reception operations across student and commercial accommodation at the University of Bath.
This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering an excellent front-of-house experience for students, guests, and visitors. You will oversee reception teams across multiple sites, ensuring consistent service standards, smooth operations, and a welcoming environment that reflects University values.
Working closely with the Campus Experience Manager and wider Campus Services teams, you will support student arrivals, commercial activity, and day-to-day accommodation operations.
Flexibility is required during peak periods (June–September), including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
Experience in higher education, accommodation services, or reception/front-of-house operations would be an advantage.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, 36.5 hours per week.
