The role

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, empathetic, and energised by helping students navigate university life — academically, personally, and professionally. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to improving student belonging, engagement, and outcomes.
The Student Success Coach plays a central role in fostering student engagement, wellbeing, and academic progression across the student lifecycle. Working closely with academic colleagues and specialist support services, the post holder will provide proactive, personalised, and data‑informed support to help students thrive, overcome challenges, and successfully progress through their programme. The role combines 1:1 coaching, group support, early‑intervention outreach, and ongoing case management to strengthen student belonging, attainment, and retention.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
Experience in coaching, mentoring, student support, or advisory roles is beneficial — but above all, we’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about student success.
