About The Role

The starting salary will be from £33,951 up to £35,608 on Grade E, depending on qualifications and experience.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK. 

This new post is available immediately, on a full-time basis for a period of 12 months from start date.

If so, we want to hire people like you to our award-winning HR team at the University of Exeter.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our fast-growing HR Global Employment team. Supporting our global employment activity and its associated services, you will be providing operational and technical advice to support the successful delivery of two of our of key international projects.

Key aspects of this role will include:

  • Designing clear and efficient processes to support the University’s overseas employment activities with a focus on international payroll.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships to support the delivery of processes and outcomes across multiple key functions.
  • Effectively gathering, record and analyse information to guarantee the efficient delivery of our services. 

We are looking for people with:

  • Recent successful experience of working within either an international payroll or international HR environment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple sets of information and coordinate dependencies between various complex processes.
  • Solution-driven with a great sense of initiative.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage others and build a positive rapport.
