We are now seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Director of Estates to lead the development and delivery of our Estates strategy. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the physical environment of our campuses, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, future-ready, and aligned with the college’s ambitions for growth, excellence, and inclusion.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the College’s estates and facilities functions and with our new five-year strategy, the new Director will lead the implementation of the strategy across a varied and diverse estate portfolio.
Bringing experience of leading estates and capital development across multi-site organisations, the successful candidate will need to give confidence to the board and bring credibility to lead across a complex and diverse organisation, ideally with experience of the public sector.
