Churchill College is one of the thirty-one Colleges of the University of Cambridge. It was founded in 1960 as the national and Commonwealth memorial to Sir Winston Churchill. The College is situated just outside the city centre on a superb 50 acre site, comprising residential accommodation, central communal and office spaces, educational and sports facilities. The College site also includes the Churchill Archives Centre, which conserves important twentieth-century collections of papers, including those of Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher.
A forward-looking College, we have ambitious plans for the development of the estate, including significant new building and refurbishments. We have recently combined our conference services with the Møller Centre to create one of the largest conference facilities and teams in Cambridge. This is an exciting time to join the College and be a key influence on our future plans and approach.

You will lead multiple operational teams to deliver excellent results in a timely manner, providing a safe, secure, high-quality environment for a diverse community of students, academics, staff, commercial conference customers and visitors.
To succeed in this role you will have relevant experience of a comparable environment, and must have proven success in managing staff teams and facilities. You will bring attention to detail, strong collaborative working skills and the ability to communicate and influence effectively across a wide range of audiences. You will naturally take pride in achieving excellence and be able to motivate and lead your teams to deliver this.
