Job Description – Field of Specialization: We are looking for a Lecturer or Assistant professor with specialization in Construction Management, Building Technology & Pathology, with emphasis on Construction Economics and Project Management in the School of Architecture, Engineering, Land and Environmental Sciences - Department of Real Estate.

Location: Neapolis University Pafos      

Job Responsibilities:

  • Teaching the courses Construction Technology, Project Scheduling and Control, Building Pathology and Construction Economics.
  • Contributing to the teaching of related courses in the Civil Engineering Programme, as well as to the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations. 

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline).
  • A strong research record with publications in peer-reviewed international journals.
  • Teaching experience at the tertiary level.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English (instruction is delivered in both languages).

Desirable Qualifications

  • Professional experience in the construction industry and/or project management.
  • Participation in funded research projects.
  • Experience with academic programme evaluation/accreditation processes.
  • Professional licence in a relevant engineering discipline.

Language:

  • Excellent knowledge of Greek.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both verbal & written).
