EFI Group is a pioneering education charity delivering outstanding vocational and higher education in fashion, retail, beauty, and apprenticeships. We are not a traditional college or university. We operate at the intersection of industry and education, shaping the workforce of tomorrow through innovative, industry-led programmes that drive real career outcomes.
EFI has grown rapidly in recent years—from 700 students to 3,600, from 190 staff to over 300, and from £5m income to c£25m. We now provide a wide range of programmes at both vocational and degree level to a diverse and ambitious student community.
Based in Central London, we are committed to inclusive education, firmly believing that everyone deserves access to opportunities regardless of background or circumstances. Our focus on student engagement, retention and progression underpins everything we do.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Partnerships, you will lead and develop a multi-functional team and as Head of Admissions and Registry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a seamless, high-quality student journey from application through to completion. You will lead admissions, enrolment, registry services, exams and student records across the Group, ensuring an outstanding, customer-focused service that meets recruitment targets and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a confident, collaborative leader with experience in admissions, registry or student systems within an education setting. You will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
If you thrive in an ambitious, non-traditional organisation and want to play a key role in delivering an exceptional student experience, we would love to hear from you. Please explore our dedicated recruitment microsite, Education for Industry Group - Head of Admissions & Registry | AQ or contact our advising consultant at Anderson Quigley, Paul Aristides (paul.aristides@andersonquigley.com) for an informal and confidential conversation.
