About The Role
Degree Apprenticeships New Programme Development Officer
This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 28th January 2028. Applications for secondments will be considered subject to agreement from your current line manager.
The starting salary will be from £33,951 to £35,608 on Grade E depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus in Exeter and some from home.
About the role
This role is part of the University of Exeter Degree Apprenticeship team. Established in 2016 to meet the regional and national skills needs of employers, our apprenticeship provision has grown rapidly, delivering programmes across all Faculties, with new programmes constantly in development.

About you
We welcome applications from individuals with a strong back ground in managing complex projects, an ability to balance the different requirements of all stakeholders both internal and external, while keeping projects on track to achieve the objectives in the timeframe set.
The successful candidate will be an adaptable, excellent communicator, able to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, tracking and prioritising progress and managing risk.
An understanding of education quality process and or apprenticeships is advantageous.
