LSHTM is one of the world’s leading public health universities.

We are currently recruiting for a SITS Technical Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team, supporting the core functional areas of Student Records, Finance and HR and Payroll. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that underpins critical business systems across the organisation and plays a key role in driving digital improvement.

The role focuses on working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to enhance and optimise system functionality. You will develop, configure, and support solutions within both the SITS Client and online e:Vision platforms, helping to streamline processes, improve system efficiency, and deliver a consistently high-quality user experience.

In addition, you will provide primary technical support for SITS users across the organisation, acting as a key point of contact for system-related queries and issues. This is a varied and rewarding role where your expertise will directly contribute to improving systems and services for a wide range of users.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong and comprehensive knowledge of the SITS Client and e:Vision, including proven experience in developing solutions using SITS SRL syntax and core system tools. You will have an undergraduate degree or have equivalent practical experience along with intermediate or advanced training, or equivalent practical experience, in at least two of the following areas: AJAX or JavaScript, XML or XSLT, CSS, HTML, and SQL. The post is full-time, 35 hours per week, 1 FTE and permanent. 

The salary will be on the LSHTM salary scale, Grade 6 in the range £45,728 - £51,872 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service.  Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London.
